Head to Find a Tutor, set your preferences and choose your tutor. Make sure to book your lessons at least 48 hours in advance.

Your first lesson?
Your tutor will get in touch by phone, SMS or email within 48 hours to discuss your language goals and agree on the exact time (and place) of your session. You’ll then receive an email confirmation.

Need a little help?
We’re happy to help you find the right tutor! Simply fill in our contact form, tell us about your level and learning goals, and we’ll get back to you soon.

Extra Costs
Any additional costs during your session, such as a drink for you and your tutor, are covered by the student.

Cancellations & Other Conditions

• Haven’t heard from your tutor within 48 hours? Your booking will expire, your credits will be refunded, and the session won’t take place. Simply book again or get in touch with us.
• Need to cancel? You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
• Package validity: All lesson packages are valid for one year. You can find a complete overview of your bookings in your Flowently account.
