Want to test out Flowently?

We offer a trial package for all new students. Below you can find the prices of our bigger packages. You can buy a 1h or 1,5h session as well, 1 Credit = 1h.

Study with a friend? Bring a buddy and get 75% discount. 😉 Only one person needs to register for a Flowently student account, handle the payment, and book the sessions. You can schedule both one-on-one and duo sessions using the same package.
Please note: All packages are valid for 1 year.

Booking, extra fees & cancellation policy

Booking

Browse & Book Go to Find a Tutor and use the filters to select your preferences and choose the tutor that suits you. Please note, each session must be booked online and we kindly ask you to book your session at least 48h in advance.

First Session? After your booking, your tutor will contact you by phone or SMS within 48 hours for a short introductory chat. Together, you’ll determine the exact time and details of your session. Once set, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation of your booking with time and date that you can add to your own schedule.

Prefer personal support? Fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you to assess your level, discuss your goals, and create a tailored plan with the right tutor.

Extra fees

We would like to inform you that all extra costs related to sessions for student and tutor, such as tickets, food and drinks, are borne by the student.

Cancellation policy

No contact from your tutor within 48 hours? The booking will automatically expire, credits will be refunded, and the session won’t take place. Simply book a new session or get in touch with Flowently.
Need to cancel? You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, cancellations are non-refundable.
Full details are always available in your Flowently student account.
