Booking

We kindly ask you to book your session at least 48h in advance. Please note, each session must be booked online.

Booking for new students
When you have created an account and bought a package, go to Find a Tutor and use the filter to book your session. The tutor will contact you within 48h for an introductory chat. Together you can discuss your language goals, textbooks and other details. Your tutor will confirm the session online and your session can take place.
Booking in case it’s not your first session
Log in to your account, go to Find a Tutor, book the session and your tutor will just confirm the booked session online and your session can take place.

Extra fees

We would like to inform you that all extra costs related to sessions ­for student and tutor, such as tickets, food and drinks, are borne by the student. Do you want to visit a museum with your tutor, check if he/she perhaps has a museum jaarkaart. For all other extra activities, please discuss this with your tutor first.

Cancellation policy

Please book your session at least 48 hours in advance, as our tutors have busy schedules. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and must be paid in full. To cancel or reschedule, contact your tutor as soon as possible.
If your tutor has to cancel due to an emergency, they will inform you and Flowently. With your permission, we’ll suggest another tutor. If no replacement is possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Please note:  All packages are valid for 1 year.
