STEP 1 – Find a tutor that matches your criteria
Option 1 – Find a tutor yourself
Flowently sessions are easy to book and you will always find a match with our 200 tutors in 100 places. You can select a tutor based on the languages they teach and the type of topics they cover. Go to ‘Get Started’ in the menu and click on ‘Find A Tutor’, select your preferences and find a tutor who matches your criteria. You can book sessions with just one tutor or with multiple tutors, as you like. We kindly ask you to book 48 hours in advance.
Option 2 – Let us help you find a good match
Do you find it challenging to select a tutor? Don’t hesitate to contact us, you are welcome for a free intake by phone or zoom. Fill in the contact form https://flowently.com/contact/ or send an email directly to anja@flowently.com and we will get back to you soon.
STEP 2 – Buy a package and book your session
You can buy a single session or a discount package. All Flowently credits and packages are valid for one year. Not sure what package to choose? Read more about language levels, exams, Flowently certificates, packages and study time investment. Do you want to study with a friend? We offer 50% discount for the second student. The person who will make the bookings needs to register only. All packages are valid for 1 year.

STEP 3 – Confirmation booking & start your session
Within 48 hours, your tutor will confirm your booking and contact you by phone or email to arrange details, location and the exact time for your session. In case the tutor is not available, you can cancel the session or your session will be cancelled automatically within 48 hours and your credits will be refunded.
You can now make a new booking with another tutor or directly contact us and we will help you find a good match with an available tutor. Just fill in the contact form https://flowently.com/contact/ or send an email directly to anja@flowently.com and we will get back to you soon.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance without any costs. If you cancel later, Flowently will charge the full amount.
Review your session
After each session you will receive an email to review your session. We use all feedback to guard quality of our sessions. Reviews will be posted on your tutors profile directly.

Go to ‘Find A Tutor’, select your preferences and find a tutor who matches your criteria. You can book sessions with just one tutor or with multiple tutors, as you like. Contact us please, if you need help finding a tutor.
